Marrissa Mallory

Senior Director

Marrissa is a former lifestyle journalist and seasoned PR tastemaker with more than a decade of media experience—and an incomparable palette in her arsenal. Marrissa leads JPR’s rapidly growing culinary division, having spearheaded national campaigns for a variety of national culinary clients including the Disneyland Resort; Clique Hospitality; Hakkasan Group; The ONE Group and Relais & Châteaux GourmetFest, the largest US annual gathering of Michelin-starred chefs. In a time when culinary culture has evolved from a selective preoccupation to a form of mass entertainment, Marissa is a proven gourmand who speaks the language and navigates the crowded media landscape. As a trend forecaster, she refreshes the lexicon in real-time for her clients and teams.

She also wields this next-level, macro-micro insight to orchestrate strategic campaigns for some of the most exciting brands in hospitality today—from Pendry Hotels & Resorts to The Wayfarer—and relishes in placing her treasured toques at world-class events and institutions including the James Beard House; Outstanding in the Field and Pebble Beach Food & Wine.

Marrissa has also brokered bigtime brand partnerships with the likes of ChefWorks, SXSW Conference & Festivals and Hendrick’s Gin. She’s landed coveted national TV opportunities on The Today Show and CNBC and scored serious ink in Food & Wine, Town & Country, Imbibe and The New York Times.
