Paris Je T’aime
Today is the day! The 2024 Olympic Games Opening Ceremonies are upon us. To celebrate our love of all things French, we’ve said “au revoir” to friends and family who’ve scored enviable tickets to Olympic events slated to take place across the country, and begun planning our own Opening Ceremony-watching fêtes. All eyes are on Paris this week for the first-ever Opening Ceremony set to take place outside a stadium (and on a river). In celebration, we’ve compiled our first guide to living la vie en rose in Paris.
Whether taking in the action live from Paris at stunning new properties like the new Hôtel des Grands Voyageurs, which sits on the Rive Gauche at the crossroads of Montparnasse, Sevres Babylone and Saint Germain des Prés, or simply celebrating joie de vivre at some of Paris’ iconic restaurants like the Relais & Châteaux Pierre Gagnaire, located just off the Champs-Élysées, in the heart of the 8th arrondissement and Le Taillevent (housed in a former mansion of the Duke of Morny), we’ve got the dossier on creating the perfect celebration of 2024 Olympic festivities.
