Sarah Evans

Lindsey Head

Named 2018 CFO of the Year by San Diego Business Journal, Lindsey has guided JPR’s financial strategy for nearly 10 years, accommodating the agency’s double-digit growth both globally and locally. Most notably, she was the smooth operator behind the agency’s new US headquarters in San Diego’s Bankers Hill neighborhood.

The point person on all matters legal and technology, Lindsey is a levelheaded, passionate financial steward of the agency. Beyond the numbers, she has transformed the traditional CFO role into one of education and accessibility. On the front lines, she engages with teams on top agency initiatives, hosting informal Lunch & Learns on topics ranging from 401Ks to maximizing HR platforms.

Ali Lundberg

With 15 years experience, Ali is a highly regarded, eloquent industry leader and a sage educator on all matters spa, resort and wellness. An executive board member for PRSA Travel + Tourism, she is an award-winning speaker whose expertise ranges from marketing and media relations strategies to hospitality trend forecasting.

If anyone has the crystal ball in the wellness industry, it’s Ali. She’s led fresh-faced creative campaigns for countless renovations and re-imaginations with staying power, including the Enchantment Resort and Mii amo Spa where her passion for the spa world was first ignited. For the award-winning L’Apothecary Spa at L’Auberge de Sedona, she was the concept originator. Ali also led the team that catapulted Rancho Valencia Resort and Spa into an elite category of lifestyle and luxury properties after its remodel. Lauren Clifford Knudsen

Lauren Clifford Knudsen is a travel & hotel industry expert who has built a career from her deep passion for the hospitality space.  She has led revenue generating PR and social campaign strategies for some of the world’s top hotel brands and independent lifestyle properties, often re-imagining and repositioning them to ensure they are relevant to their target audience of today, and tomorrow. Kristin Moller

With 12 years experience in hospitality, lifestyle and luxury PR, Kristin brings a robust pedigree to JPR. The veteran professional has amassed invaluable expertise in both the tourism industry and in the hospitality realm, with clients ranging from boutique to the luxury superclass.

Kristin is proficient in high-profile client management, driving large-scale media campaigns and bestowing a wide scope to her illustrious client roster.

For the Ritz-Carlton properties, she leads teams for 17 of its notable properties, and for the Four Seasons Resort Lanai, she guided the strategic re-launch in 2016. For three consecutive years, Kristin was pivotal in creating awareness for Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts, parlaying the brand’s portfolio of far-flung properties into the elite hotel ranks. A master of media relations, Kristin landed an exclusive in The Wall Street Journal announcing the opening date for her client, Trump International Hotel Washington D.C., featuring an interview with Ivanka Trump as added bonus.

Amy Ogden

With more than 18 years experience, Amy is the ultimate brand ambassador at JPR. From start to finish, Amy oversees the agency’s high-level portfolio of client acquisition, bringing a keen business perspective and a breadth of company culture.

On the marketing and branding front, Amy develops the brand vision and voice. She propels progressive ideas into actualities and has a clairvoyant ability of trend forecasting that keeps everyone in her midst on their toes. Suzanne Brose

Since joining the JPR team in 2010, Suzanne has spearheaded multi-faceted media programs for hotels, resorts, and destination clients. A seasoned PR professional and passionate leader of the West Coast team, Suzanne is consistent cultivator of creative campaigns and architect of established media relationships. She is a publicity innovator with passion for her travel and hospitality clients.

Suzanne’s expertise includes hotel openings and re-launches, including Lido House, Marriott Irvine Spectrum, Halepuna Waikiki by Halekulani, Monarch Beach Resort, and Grand Hyatt at SFO. She has shone a spotlight on Baja California and the state of Utah with tourism events, strategic partnerships and media relations programs for the destinations. With her strategic vision, brands and tourism destinations begin to shine even in a crowded market and goals are achieved. 

Suzanne is articulate in all aspects of the hospitality realm. Prior to joining JPR she held both in-house and agency positions with more than fifteen years experience to date, including a PR career in NYC creating national media campaigns for luxury beauty brands, adding to her rich background in media relations. Suzanne studied Communication at San Diego State University.

Emma Hartland-Mahon

With 9 years of experience, Emma is a global force in the luxury PR industry, charged with launching JPR’s first international flagship in London. With an intuitive grasp of brand strategy and a sixth-sense for business development, she knows how to make a splash internationally. Emma was integral to the US PR campaign to the grand reopening of The Goring, London’s legendary hotel, where the Duchess of Cambridge attended as an honorary guest. The royal event made headlines across every major media platform. Emma is also the force behind the UK’s renowned Relais & Chateaux properties, Chewton Glen and Cliveden House, which both underwent re-imagining in 2016. A recently acquired project, she is thrilled to be spearheading the unveiling of Helena Bay, New Zealand’s hotly anticipated luxury lodge.

Having lived in eight countries, Emma is the ultimate global insider who understands the ever-changing, complex travel industry. She has helped launch several buzzy start-ups including a private jet app, JetSmarter, and the luxury concierge firm Element Lifestyle. She is skillful in the partnership lexicon. First-class luxury partnerships and high-level communications campaigns have included LVMH, British Airways, Frieze Art Fair, Emirates, Lacoste, GlobeTrotter, UBER, Tory Burch and Norwegian Airlines.

Emma is the recipient of HSMAI Gold and Silver Awards and is an ambassador for Young Travel Professionals New York. 

Tanya Scalisi

With more than eight years experience, Tanya is a high-level media relations professional with the pulse of the dynamic travel and hospitality landscape. Her premier client roster has included several of The Ritz-Carlton Hotels, Ocean Edge Resort on Cape Cod, Gurney’s Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa, The Palms Turks & Caicos, where she helped orchestrate glowing wellness initiatives, and the Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, for whom she landed a broadcast opportunity on Bloomberg TV during a pivotal time.

Tanya is skilled when it comes to cross-pollinating partnerships with brands, working with The Palms Turks & Caicos and FlyBarre, as well as Triumph Hotels and Sparkbox toy rental service, reinvigorating the hotels’ repertories and reestablishing their audiences for the next generation.

In the broadcast media world, Tanya is a heavy hitter who consistently lands clients key segments and expert appearances on Live with Kelly, The Bachelor, The Today Show, PIX 11 and Good Day New York.
