Charged with setting the vibrant editorial stage of JPR, where relevancy and trend forecasting are always of the essence, Gillian brings more than 20 years of journalism experience and magazine prowess to the agency. Having been reared in London and New York City into a publishing family, ink is in Gillian’s blood. The wordsmith wields expertise on all matters lifestyle, luxury, and like any trusted journo—throw her a topic—and she’ll spin the yarn.

As always, JPR is ahead of the curve in appointing an in-house editor who will curate content and trend reports with a top-notch, magazine-level eye. Under Gillian’s tutelage, the constant, comprehensive stream of ideas will be ever more prolific and cutting-edge as a result of her insider status. She will be extending that resourcefulness to clients with media training, brand campaigns and high-impact messaging.

For more than a decade, Gillian was Editor-in-Chief of Modern Luxury San Diego, and was also founding editor of Riviera Interiors. As a tireless lover of the arts, design and architecture, she’s been a community difference-maker who enriched the fabric of Southern California’s cultural scene. With a nose for news, she started her career as a political reporter covering the New Hampshire presidential primary and earned a lofty spot in the news ranks as a staff reporter with The Associated Press. Her work has earned awards from The Society of Professional Journalists, The North American Travel Journalists Association and The San Diego Press Club.
